    Default Dendrobium bullenianum

This plant has behaved rather strangely this year. It bloomed in early March, one bunch.
When I thought that that was it for this year, it burst into bloom again in May!!! even though the plant has all these leaves.

WOW! So pretty. All those flowers on the end of the cane makes them look like tropical trees in bloom. Nice one!

There are still so many kinds of orchids I haven't seen. I don't even know they exist. These are lovely.

Yes angel. When I search it in google, I just learned today that this specie can only be found in the Philippines and Vietnam.

beautiful species!! Let's hope it acts strangely for you in the future too...lol! Hmmm...just notes that it is a late summer through winter bloomer. Based on IOSPE, it blooms right after it drops it's leaves. Another source says it can bloom any time of the year.

Oh my goodness, Angela, that's AMAZING!! Look at all those beautiful, bright puff balls! They remind me of the "truffula" trees in Dr. Seuss's The Lorax.
    Absolutely gorgeous!!
