Default Cattleya warscewiczii v semi-alba 'Bedford' x self

Second blooming of this plant. There are a lot of selfings of this cultivar out the last couple years and quite a bit of variation in the flowers! I love the intense color and large "eyes" on this one.

Very nice, mine is blooming for the first time. It has a sheath with what appear to be a couple of buds inside, can't wait for them to break free. Is it fragrant?

Hi Miller, yes it has a very nice clean fragrance. Anticipation time for you waiting for the buds to push out of the sheath! The buds on this one grow out pretty fast. Hope you post some pics! Mike

That is a very lovely C warscewizii. Haven't seen a warscewizii for I can't remember how many years. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for looking! It has been a very robust plant, easy culture. I'm not sure how to pronounce "warscewizii" though.
