Here is the most common, basic Vanda (Neofinetia) falcata. The earliest mention of this plant was way back in mid 1600, during Japan's Edo period. You can find many inexpensive versions of this plant on the Internet. This one that I'm sharing here is pretty large and has many growths. Smaller plants with 4 to 5 growths, which is BS can be purchased for US$ 10-12. While it is in bloom, I have this plant on my nightstand--the most natural of all room freshners.
I'm using an iPad to take and display these photos. It does a pretty good job, but unfortunately due to the whiteness of the flowers, it is hard for the iPad to capture the flower's detail.
Nice growing. I always love these cute tiny vandas (Neos).
