Default The best orchids aren't always the prettiest

Blc. Hawaii Stars has been in this wood basket for 5 years. Initially I didn't like it all that much. Now it's become very large and it blooms sequentially on every new growth. It starts blooming in early summer and continues to bloom, one or two pseudobulbs at a time, through the summer and into October. Then blooms again in mid winter, here in Florida. It usually has 6 to 8 flowers per spike. It winds up having blooms on it for 6 or 7 months out of the year.

6 to 7 month out of a year with flowers!
That's the result of having a strong plant with many pseudobulbs.
You have a great orchid and the flowers have beautiful lips.
