The V. lamellata. I only have the light brown typical lamellata. There are so many Philippine native species in your garden Zain, I think I will feel right at home in your garden.

Lovely Zainal! I don't know why my lamellata (2 of them) just refuse to grow.I have them for 3 years already and there is simply no progress at all - maybe looking worse than when I got them,

I got 3 varieties from Philippine boxali, remidiosa , common one (green brown) and from Borneo Sabah. From Philippine the most easiest to bloom is remidiosa, common one once a year, boxalii small spike but never progress though my plant almost about 2 feet very frustrating never mine still have hope maybe end of this year he.he, those from Sabah the flowers even very small again similar thing happen, spike about 2 inches than blasted, from the time I bought in Sandakan 3 years ago I only observed single flower than silence until now I dont know whats wrong could be temperature related maybe high time to change the position, we are the same boat at this moment.
