The most darker color and the smell relatively very nice like ripening banana, the point I like to highlight why under the same species the smell from the different clones have a different fragrant? any idea?

    Beautiful Vanda's , i'm jealous.
I suppose even if 2 clones have identical parents they both may take something different from the gene pool.
I do not have smelly feet but my brother does , same parents different smell

I think I just shorted out my keyboard drooling over your pictures! The darkest one is nice...but I think I like picture #2 the best. I am thinking if I found one of those at the local store i'd be buying it no matter the price! Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing...

I'll take one of each and 2 of the first one if you say it smells the best, I have a merillii cross but would like to get my hands on the real thing. Your question is interesting , there is a lot of variety of coloring within this species, so maybe each has a slightly different fragrance, or maybe some are more temperature sensitive, I have one vanda that smells great in the morning , but when the temps rise , it becomes a bit irritating .

Thanks ed maybe coloring of the individual flower will influence the fragrance that make a sense, for example the first photos consist of 2 different clone both share the same smell however the second and 3 photos I have only one clone so cant compare for better result, based on observation Mietek also got the darker color but on and off no smell that was another issued could be temperature dependent too, anyway thank you very much.
