Ron, may do in the USA but not here. The plant is one plant & only when someone put 2 or more separate plants in a pot (which has been done) does it become ineligable for judging. (mainly as a 'specimen plant')

This particular amethystoglossa has wonderful shape. The petals are larger and rounder than the norm. I actually like this one because of the less spotting than the normal one. I bloomed one last year that had more spots and ok shape, so I gave it to my friend, who adored it.

I think you have a very good form here ; I have been looking at European dealers web-sites, searching for one, also at the South American dealers who visit Europe , and I have not seen a flower illustrated as good as this.
But it certainly "should" have far more flowers. IOSPE for example says 10-30 . I had a plant , not so good form, got to have canes about 2 feet high, usually had 15-20 flowers - but lost it in my personal holocaust ( circuit board failure left the heating full on for too many days, and the greenhouse temperature 45 deg C. when I discovered ) , but think it got up to that number over a period of several years . It gives you something to aim for . Good luck !
