    Default Dendrobium Farmeri

I just purchased a "Dendrobium Farmeri" today.

    it's just about to bloom.

    Any pointers for care?

The seller informed me that I have to give it a "Dry Spell/season" to induce Flowering. Is it true?

Yes his right long dry season will induce buds formation, one thing give adequate fertilizer will make it your plant getting bigger and nicer.

Thanks for the Comments. I really Appreciate it. I have to wait 'til it finishes blooming this summer (March-May). And during the "Lean Season" I'll water it a lot to fatten it up and maybe have some keikis(if possible).

And I also read, that it HATES to be Repotted! it is also true?

Looks awesome. sure the blooms would improve in size and quantity as the plant matures and the TLC you provide. Thanks for sharing

Congrats!! The one is a very lovely Den.
My plant is in bud now, too.
It does need a dry period. In fact, the plant is doing not too bad bare root in my climate which I suppose is quite similar to yours. It used to grow in a little wooden basket which collapsed last Summer. I still did not re-pot the plant.
    My plant today:
