I will let someone more experience give you a better answer but I do know that growing in different lights changes the bloom color. Hope they are both pretty.
for most catts, high light seems to intensify the reds in a flower. if that second bud developed in low light, that would certainly explain a lighter color. ideally one may allow the buds to develop under relatively high light (you will have to watch out for high temps that will cook the buds) and then move them back a little after they open to preserve flower longevity.
the opposite is true for the greens/yellows, most of them will have more intense color with lower light.
