    Default New Cattleya in my collection, can anyone help with ID??

    Hello everyone
    Cattleyas are quite rare in our stores but I found this one and could help myself and bought it
    Here is the picture, it is unifoliate, flowers are about 8 cm large and have a nice fragranceName:  Resize of cattleya.jpg

    It is definitely a hybrid, so there is almost no chance of a positive identification. Perhaps if someone recognizes it as a widely distributed clone. No matter how much someone thinks it looks 'just like' something, there is something else it looks just as similar too. And lots of named and un-named hybrids out there where every seedling looks different. Enjoy it as it is, a mystery.

    please search: cattleya percivaliana pink. i think its the same.

    Lovely flowers, Andrea!

    But, as others have said, it is now and forever will be a NoID. There are simply far too many similar looking hybrids out there. Your only hope would be to track down the nursery from whence it came and see if the grower knows.
