I'll do some checking and see if I can make some suggestions, but with most hybrids you can never really be sure.

Advice to anyone seeking ID for a NoID... A picture of the plant can be just as helpful as a clear picture of the flower. For instance, it would probably confirm or rule out Ron-NY's suggestion of Encyclia influence in this one, and narrow down a search.

A complex hybrid, so very unlikely to get a positive ID, but...

Probably a Cattlianthe or Rhyncattleanthe (formerly Potinara or Slc.). Similar to Rth. Burana Beauty and its ancestors, Rth. Netrasiri Starbright and Ctt. Kauai Starbright. Something among the cousins and descendants of that family tree. Burana Beauty is often seen with contrasting splash petals, but looks much like this when it doesn't have them.

I can see why Encyclia background was suggested, but the lip would probably have prominent side-lobes then, so unless the plant looks like Encyclia I doubt it. The color and starry shape here is coming mostly from Gur. (C.) aurantiaca, probably C. intermedia, and something like C. (L.) crispata or cinnabarina. Probably has C. aclandiae and C. (S.) coccinea in the mix too.

It can be speculated that removal of Encylia, this is the tree itself, might provide more information.

Seeing the plant as well as the flowers, Gur. (C.) aurantiaca is the biggest influence, and there doesn't appear to be any Encyclia background. Definitely a Cattlianthe or similar type of hybrid, but I doubt a positive identification will be possible. There are just too many similar hybrids, and many unregistered hybrids that could look like this.
