Dendrobium tetragonum

    Default Dendrobium tetragonum

    this now resides in the orchid tree i made of stacked up treefern pots. the new and older bulbs have been putting out an occasional flower since February. i think this is the largest one yet, at 3.25 inches.

    Wow, very unique and lovely flower. The shape looks similar to a Brassia. :-)

    At first glance, I would think it was a brassia, and then i looked at the title it says dendrobium...hahaha

    Can we also look at the stacked up tree fern pot?...lol

    i was reading that in australia they are commonly known as 'tree spider' orchids. they are rather spidery.
