Default Dendrobium anosmum var superbum "Lavander"

this was in bloom last month, i got it over the winter, bare root and bare of leaves, a few canes about 2 feet long. it is in the top section of my sunnier more exposed orchid tree. bark mix with a little moss. same pot is housing fishbone cactus and onc. cebolleta. gets some early morning filtered sun. the flowers smell so delicious. like violets. i wanted to eat them.

I know what you mean by the scent. My grandma's anosmum was planted on a mango tree some 20 meters away from her house but the breeze would carry its scent just the same. Lovely fragrance, one of the most fragrant amongst the orchids.

nice color to this one, one of my favorite fragrances, not musky but clean, I slowly moved mine to grow beside my nobiles which are growing under vanda light conditions, nice job
