I would be very pleased, too! A wonderful plant, robust and healthy, very bright, very pretty flowers! Nice bloom! Congratulations!

I am sorry to hear about your computer. Such things happen... unfortunately, I had a similar problem with my pictures data. I had them stored in a portable hard drive and one of my dogs managed to chew it. I was able to recover like 75% pictures before the disc completely died. However, the 2010 pics were lost forever I do have some of them posted on a web album but only a small part.

Anyway, I am glad that your son was able to recover most of your pictures. Hope to see some of them soon!

Thanks Natali. This has now become my favourite Aerides.

I live in a small town where we have only a few computer shops but none could help me with my problem as all of them are not familiar with the Mac. My youngest son who is the 'techie' in the family works about 350 miles away and what with sending the Mac through friends to him and back it took all of 3 months. We don't trust our Postal Services with our fragile parcels.

Yew-Sung, 3 months is a long time but I am glad that finally it worked out.
Hope to see soon more of your beautiful blooms!
