    Cool Bc. Yellow Bird

This one only threw out one spike this time. The flowers have already been attacked by snails but I got the bait down in time to save the rest.

...and a couple pictures of previously posted plants as well. The Den. Blue Angel has completely bloomed out now. I need to make sure and spend some extra time with the dendrobiums. I want this one to do multiple spikes next year. Maybe one of these days I will go to the meetings and see if a few of mine can get awarded. I need a group that meets in the daytime.

Living in Florida makes buying orchids easy. Nearly every grocery store and hardware store carries a table of them. If you do a little research, there are a couple very nice nurseries in his area. When you go for a visit make sure and do a tour. It is so fun to go see tables of plants in bloom. If you ask they will help you select plants that will do well back at home. My mom takes at least one box of orchids home each trip.

I am guessing you know someplace that mokara would get treated just right. lol Your back yard may be one of the few that can beat mine at raising the mokara. Do you have lots of places to buy them locally for a good price??
