I'm a lazy gardener and seldom separate orchids into groups with specific needs (except those that need a dry spell to initiate blooming), so most of the orchids get fertilised at the same time (normally once a week/fortnight) and no group gets special treatment. Plus I use slow release Osmocote in the pots or in small plastic containers with holes on the bottom or on the sides. These small plastic containers/baskets can easily be attached to mounts by tying them to the mounts with wires.

Congrats Wade! Should look similar - I have seen tanii in my friend's nursery and it looks similar to bracteosum but the flowers are slightly bigger, but other than that you couldn't tell the difference. Indeed some people believe that it's just a variant of bracteosum.
