I've tacked on the cv name as 'darkest form' since I have half a dozen in my collection. They are confusingly similar to D.kingianum, and no-one seems able to distinguish. I have heard quite knowledgable people say that if they are small ( canes less than 6 or 8 inches) they are delicatum, and if the canes are taller than that, then they are kingianum. Other people have the same sort of idea, but based on flower size - down to ˝ inch (d) or up to one inch (k). I think that botanists now say that there is a hybrid swarm,. But whatever they are, they are cheerful things, very free flowering ( if kept dry for almost half the year) long lasting, and with a lovely scent. They like it cold in the winter, and if warmer, the albas tend to be pale pink instead of white, and a bit warmer still, especially if watered injudiciously then one gets a crop of keikis, but that is no bad thing since they easily root, and make another plant.
It is a pity I can't post the scent as well as the appearance - now that's something for the geeks to work on .

Beautiful! Have one slightly lighter than that. The tag say's kingianum and it less than 6" tall. Another with the same tag is white flowered and 18" tall. Thought they might be different forms. The difference between the two is easy to see but hard to understand.
