Love this one.
Wonderful orange color in these blooms. WOW. Is the name correct? Ascocenda Shikeronia? I have been unable to find Shikeronia?
There is no registered hybrid of any kind called Shikeronia (or anything close), and Ascg is not a commonly used abbreviation for any Vanda alliance genus (natural or hybrid, past or present), so I have also been wondering what this plant could be. And the only web search hit on Shikeronia appears to be this thread. It looks like it could be an Ascocenda (Ascda) type, but it could be a more complex hybrid like Vascostylis too. Ascgm would be Ascoglossum, but it certainly isn't that. It is a pretty mystery though.
