I just am so in love with it - I love the roots and how long and healthy they all are. I love looking at them as they have grown around the basket and the little bit of growing medium inside it. And I love the creamy flowers with the bright purple accent...
Today my next bud openend just a little. I must learn how to take pictures of flowers soon!

Hey Tindo.... this one was my last purchase - probably right at 5PM - 1/2 price! I do believe I paid $12.50?! They charged me tax on top which most sellers did not. I totally would have bought a million more from them but the husband was a bit in shock... I have buyers remorse from not buying ALL of the 1/2 price plants I could carry haha!!

    Tikva,
That is a very nice vanda that you bought. I don't understand why the hubby did not seem to approve, it is only $12.50! I am sure he makes ton of money and $12.50 seems like pocket change ...

He was probably in shock from all the other orchids she bought.
I need to marry an orchid loving, amphibian entusiast, terrarium building woman. Otherwise my hobby days will be over.

Gee, Tindo - it was looking really promising there for a moment, until you got to the terrarium building woman.... I guess I'll have to keep looking... LOL

Yeah, and I'm thinking: Tindo, just how large are these amphibians?

    I could build a terrarium...

    Hey Hoa :c)
It's not the money as much as he can not fathom why someone would want MORE green things... he just kept shaking his head saying "I don't get it"... I think in his mind, a flower is a flower and why do you need 100 of them... LOL!
