That is a nice one, but that second macro shot is amazing, if you don't mind what camera and lens did you use for that?

I am not a fan of dendrobiums in general, but that lip and column are fascinating! I wonder what advantage they convey?

Its a darling. Not hairs, filaments might be a nice word ; darwinian advantage ? I think not ; pollinator lure, or wrong "pollinator" excluder, more likely.
Now if you could find some in the wild, and sit and watch ( without moving- so as to frighten insects away) , for say 3 weeks , you might be able to tell us !
I was once in a bit of jungle down south in Thailand, near the Cambodia border ( or maybe over it - but don't tell anyone ) in a bit of forest which had burnt out, and was just being repopulated. Only two kinds of green plants were visible , and the trees had soot and carbon all over every surface - but sooty branches and even burnt twigs existed. One kind of green plant was a shield ( stags head) fern, and the other was this species - growing every way conceivable - as a terrestrial, as a lithophyte, as an epiphyte, and even growing on gthe shield ferns - which must have been the first coloniser after the fern.
    A very opportunistic orchid !
