This plant came into my collection in mid-summer, just starting a growth. A few weeks later it started some roots ( didn't have many when it arrived ) , and has grown well. It had a third bud, which yellowed. This clone has been awarded several times, with up to 11 flowers per spike. It is of course rather dated now - the cross was registered back in '73 and I am sure it would not get awarded now - unless of course shown with lots and lots of flowers.
But I like it ; the same grex has been in my collection many years ago, so it has some sentimental value. The statistics from Orchidwiz, about 11 flowers per cane, gives me a target to aim at !

    btw it is a near-primary hybrid . C.xanthina x guttata , back crossed onto guttata .
