I grow that indoor, day time is about 19-20C while night time is about 15-16C.

It needs it colder than that to flower reliably. Even my 12 winter night is too high. I put mine out in a cold frame in the garden , with a heater set to cut in if it drops below 6. @ctually the agerage for October to Christmas ( when they cane back into the main greenhouse) would be about 9, and the buds are now starting to appear.

My greenhouse has been averaging 50F, it did drop to 45F a few nights in October though and my den is covered in buds also. 50F is 10C and 45F is around 7C.
