A big chap - 14.5 cm natural span. Opened today - first flowering for me. Maybe the lip will unfurl a bit more in the next days, but I know this is my last chance for photography for some days or more. Ports of paradise is a parent, but this is better ?

I have a Sung Ya Green, don't know a clonal name, definitely not a good grower but has a great flower & nice green that holds..
Is much better than Ports of Paradise in general. I have PoP as well & can compare flowers. Comparison of course depends on the way flowers are judged or appreciated under particular systems.

It’s smashing. Only to improve from here on out I’m guessing.
