Growing on the windowsill ( east-facing) of my bathroom - the only place warm enough ? ( I try to keep it above 23˚C - to avoid shivering before I step into the shower ; my wife keeps her bathroom 3 or 4 degrees cooler to avoid being too hot at such a time...).But ona cold night, when the house heating goesoff, it may drop below 20 in the small hours...
First flowering - looks as though it couild make a much bigger spike - see those shrivelled buds which did not develop at the tip.
The cross is Vanda miniata ( not familiar to me - presumably a small flowered job which used to be an Ascocentrum ?) x Phal. pulcherrima- which I know and grow - also on a bathroom windowsill.
I am impressed - I shall try and give it some tlc ( tender loving care...) to do better next time.

For being kept in your bathroom I would say it is doing a good job!
