    Another interesting dendrobium species. Spikes carried at the extreme tip of the cane, nicely arranged - see the plan view on the white tile background. A first flowering in my collection - the Taiwan dealer who sold me the plant a couple of hyears ago said it was a new species. Have not had time to research it.

    The spider is a bonus - have not had time to research that either - in fact I only saw it in the pic, and when I went to look for it, it was gone ( like McCafferys cat )

    I love the flowers! I have a weakness for yellow flowers.

    Not so much the spider. I have a paralyzing fear of those devils.

    You suffer from arachnaphobia.The cure ma be to study them (spiders). I have - was once member of the British Arachnological Society or some such name. But life is too short to study everything....

    Actually, I do try to determine what they are - to know what's running about in my yard. In SW FL, there are some that are best to avoid! And as long as they stay outside, they get no trouble from me!
