Default Den. May Neal Uraiwan at last

I bought this out of bloom from ______________ 2 1/2 years ago. It took me till now to get it to bloom. I don't know what I was doing wrong for so long, and I don't know what I finally did right. But I had to share it with some folks who care about orchids.

you are doing real well Mark. When you buy these plants they normally have been repotted fairly recently and its quite often this shock that can bring the plants into flower and also the way they feed the plants,(feed the plants epsom salts).
Epsom salts /magmesium sulfate apart from be a laxative will help bring plants into bloom before there time.Bearing all this in mind that could exlpain the time that it has take you to reflower the plant.
Your also might find numbers 1:3 and 2:4 under usefull links helpful.

I also have to learn about orchid photography. The color balance on the pic I posted is far from accurate. The sepals and petals are mucher greener and the lip has a lot more blue. I'll check those links, Murray.

Nice flowers! As for color balance, remember that everyone's monitors are set differently so we all see a slightly different color... no matter how good the photos are.

I apologize about the vendor slip, Brutal Dreamer. It won't happen again.
