This is one of my hybrids. It turned out to be very pretty. This year was it's first bloom. I can't wait to see 10 of these flowers all at once! This plant puts out spikes that are about 3 feet long, and is very tolerant of higher levels of light.

Good one Aaron.... the schomb influence on that lip, ie opening it up and giving it those markings is really lovely!

I really like the fact that I can grow it higher light levels. I have been trying to breed some new cat hybrids that can take alot higher light levels to use for landscape plants down here in FL.

I grow my schombs in full sunlight for about 4-6 hours a day. They can take full blazing sun for the whole day, and not have a problem!
