    Default an almost missed Vanda ustii

    Accidentally seen today, on a plant that was sold to me as Vanda luzonica. A pleasant surprise.

    Such a beautiful orchid, it is almost translucent and such beautiful contrasting colors.

    I have a weakness for the green flowers with a pretty contrasting color. Very nice. Are any of these fragrant? Vandas don't live in my world--but when my FL period comes, watch out!

    Hi,

    a rarely seen Vanda. Congrats!

    @Tindomul1of9: I live in Germany and grow many Aeridinae... indoors! Growing tropical orchids outside is a dream... and growing indigenous orchids in the gardens is a nightmare due to the slugs. But never mind. Tomorrow, I hope I have a Nakamotoara to show.
