Very pretty Laura! I have an EL Hatillo 'pinta', but for some reason can not convince it to bloom.

I have had mind for 4 years and this is the first time for it to flower. Last spring I set the Epc outside in the patio, with all my other Cattleya. Only this year, I set the plant where it would get more sun, to the point that the leaves turned a very light yellowish green. It worked I got flowers, so maybe if you can give your’s more light it just might flower for you. O and one more thing I told the plant you better flower this year or you are going on the give away list… ha maybe that works too… you think!

Even if it doesn't work for the plant, it sure makes me feel better to tell the little buggers that they had better start packing or blooming!

    Cheers!
