    Default Bl Richard Mueller crosses

I love star shaped Catts. and Bl Richard Mueller (Brassavola nodosa x Laelia milleri) as a parent gives some very nice results, many fine cluster-blooming catts, most of which bloom twice a year.
Richard Mueller is the parent of many lovely Catts. which are
good plants for indoor growers, as they tend to be compact, and bloom generously with flowers that tend to last. So an all around nice catt. I have lost tract of how many Richard Mueller crosses I have but I always seem to add a few more each year. Here are a few of my favorites.
Blc Meiner Seele Schatz (C Penny Kuroda 'Spots' x Bl Richard Mueller)

Bl. Richard Mueller X Lc Bonanza Queen

Blc Copper Queen (Blc. Toshie Aoki x Bl. Richard Mueller)

Blc Rustic Spots (Bl. Richard Mueller x C. Landate)

and this different one Maclemoreara Lanny Morry (Bl. Richard Mueller x Schom. thomsoniana)

Yes, the nodosa based plants are really great, and the Richard Muellers are really prolific. I have not seen the Maclemoreara Lanny Morry before. Can you PM me where you bought it?

You have a nice selection of these Ron. I have a Copper Queen that I enjoy, but I have never really gotten the watering right--how do you do yours?

The last one, Maclemoreara Lanny Morry, is interesting. After admiring ABro's schombos, I can really recognize their twisty petals in the cross!

Lynda, I have most of these in S/H which makes watering a no brainer. The few that I haven't moved to S/H are watered 2X per week in summer and 1x per week in winter.

Hi Ron, here's a RM NOID I have. It usually goes 2x a year, but it didn't like being divided last summer, so I'm waiting for it to forgive me! I love the fragrance and the color shift!
