Thanks, all. I'm so happy that she's happy. Here's a pic of the bloom fully opened. Notice how she bronzed with maturity. I didn't expect that but I'm learning how some orchid blooms do change color a bit with the ageing of the flower. Somehow the color change on this bloom reminds me of my grandmother. A few age spots, but bright, surprising, sassy, and LOTS of character!
PS - I have a picture of my grandma as a teenager leaning on a car with her head tilted in 'that' way. We were looking at it together and I said, "Grandma, you sure were sexy!" She said, "Well, I thought I was." I miss her every day.
