    Default My new dend!

I just picked this guy up today He's just gorgeous...ID stake says it's "airy gold". He was only 12 bucks, and he's a good size with two spikes! Good deal, I'd say.

How pretty...and just what I am looking for; a nice big healthy in bloom den that goes for a good price. I'll find mine one of these trips to the grocery store. I really like the yellow and purple combo's.

Yeah, there are a good variety of flowers from the cane-type dendrobiums.
The most common are the phal-flowers. But you can also find "twisted petals", "art shade", "Jaquelyn Thomas"-types and combinations of these versions.
You can also find very beautiful "Canaliculatum" types from Australia that seem to have combined the twisted petals with art shade colors.

The one you have appears to fall into the "art shade" variety.
