    Default I recieved my first Den Today!!! But....

    it's not what I expected. I purchased a healthy "Bloom Size Dendrobium crystallinum" the "stock photo" showed a similar plant with leaves and and strong healthy shoots standing up on their own. The one I recieved has large floppy stems and no leaves. Is my Den healthy with a bad hair day? I thought I knew what to expect, so this purchase has me confused

    It is a deciduous species--lost its leaves during the winter time. If you just got it, it should look like that. No worry!

    WHEW!!! Ok I'm relieved! I was so worried! This grower has sent me the most beautiful orchids, I didn't want to ruin that good streak I have never had a Den before, I didn't want to insult the grower by questioning the quality. Thank you so much Tom
