I got an orchid as a present today (people realized I am an orchidnut so they give orchids as gifts)<br />

He hopped the fence and ate 5 leaves off 2 of my phals. I cut the leaves past his bite marks and lubed them up with neosporin... According to research, he will prob be fine. But what should I do with the phals? <br />

They were doing fantabulously under T5 lights with 65-80% humidity at ~ 70 degree F. Can they go immediately back to those conditions or do I need to doctor them in some way for awhile? <br />
<br />
I literally cried. They look wretched. 3 new leaves gone, aerial roots gone too (doctored them the same as the leaves). Thank God neither were in spike or .... Ugh. <br />

Sigh. What to do next? BESIDES installing a taller fence?<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>
