I love looking at these blooms, Pedro. I know I said it before, but they really are excellent shots!
Thanks for all of the positive feedback. I will be going out again in late August to get the late plants!
I was supposed to get shots of Cypripedium reginae in bloom at a fen that I "discovered" but I was about 3 weeks too late. There was a small population about 5 years ago I found on a privately owned tract of land, maybe 7-8 stems. I went back this year and there were at least 25 stems!
Holden Arboretum is very close. I did not know that they had a prairie plant area. I think I will plan a trip!!!
