    Default Hibiscus Carolina Breeze

This is the hibiscus that had the whitefly infestation this past spring. Plant has recovered. I've had this one for 4 or 5 yrs now I think. IMO, one of the nicer tropicals in cultivation. Couldn't make up my mind which picture I liked better, so I'm inflicting both upon you.

I didn't realize the hibiscus would grow, not to mention do so well, so far up north. You did a great job to get such lovely flowers!

Tried to root some cuttings for you, Tami, back when I chopped it back. Unfortunately none took. I've never had much luck trying to root hib cuttings whether in water or in vermiculite or soil.
