    I think it might be the duhat (a kind of berry tree with sweet black fruit), but I am not so sure.

    Fren, they are stamens.

    BD, this is seaside so pollen is minimal. I mean not from the blooms, but because of wind from the sea, pollen is blown inland...

    It really is beautiful! I always like powderpuff blossoms like that. Calliandras are great that way too.
