    Default flasking problem

i put flasks with the prepared nutrients into the heated oven, when it cool down i noted water droplets formed inside the flasks. Questions: will it affect the seeds and what method(s) should i do to eliminate water inside the flasks?

    Thanks for the answer

Not to worry. That condensation is not going to hurt the seed or protocorm development. Some people even use small amounts of sterile water to help evenly disperse seed across the agar.
