I checked my OrchidWiz software and there is not a photo for this orchid. Sorry. Hopefully someone else will have a photo for you. The information says that it blooms in March.

    Cheers,
    BD

Hi Andrea, I have the book "Orchid Species Culture - Dendrobium" Baker & Baker. Unfortunately there is no picture in there as well.

Below is a 'summary' of the information in the book -

Found in Szechuan province of China at about 4100ft (1250m). With this elevation, looks like the plants are able to withstand a minimum of 10celsius (49F) and the high temps with an average of 30-31celsius (86-87F).

Plants should be allowed to dry out between waterings but not remain dry for long periods.

Winter light should be as high as the plant can tolerate, short of burning the foliage.

    Bloom season is March.

    good luck with your plant.

    cheers
    tim

    Default Dendrobium wilsonii

Dendrobium wilsonii is CITES trade controlled. Cultivated plants are available. Chinese herbal medicine also calls it: 广东石斛, jin, shí hú, xiao huán chai, sekkoku, sôkkok and Guangdong Dendrobium. See:
