    Default THE LESSER KNOWN ORCHIDS

Orchids are so varied, while a lot of us would delight ourselves with the showier types, let me give you a glimpse of some of the lesser known members, this thread will be featuring new/additional photos from time to time, and some may not carry an ID. Any help regarding identification and additional informations are most welcome. I think it is very important to conserve these fast dwindling species for they may not be as ornamental but may hold other uses i.e. medicinal, culinary or industrial.
