    Default Repotting Wilsonara to s/h

I have a Wilsonara that has a problem and I'll probably need to repot. I just cut the fading spike off about 2 weeks ago and there are two new growths just about 1.5" tall so it should be an "ok" time to repot except that up here in the darkish NW there won't be much natural light to help it take off and resettle at this time of year. I am moving most things into semi-hydroponic culture as they need repotting. Anyone had experience moving Wilsonara from organic-based potting mixes to semi-hydro? Do they do well enough that I can get away with repotting now if i supplement with flourescent lighting?

    Thanks for any advice.

    Default

I am going to repot my Wilsonara(Stirling Tiger) into s/h as soon as i get new growth as i have just removed the spike also.I,ve moved 2 Colmanara,s over to s/h & they didn,t miss a beat both had well developed new growth.
If the new growths are putting out new roots then with additional lighting it should establish very quickly.
