Well, Boxer, sorry about your psychopsis, and we hope you have recovered!

As for me, I've sent seven to orchid heaven. Most were my fault (pleeeeease forgive me! I didn't know!!!). There are couple in treatment but if they survive the nurse they will make it! I am a bit worried about my Laelia purpurate var. carnea; I had to cut an entire lead due to rot forming in the pseudobulbs. Keep your fingers crossed for her! She's still a baby and has not bloomed for me yet.

Oh boy... 2 phals, a dendrobe, a cattleya, and I think my oncidium "twinkles" is kicking the bucket. This is my first solid year growing orchids, and I had no prior knowledge or experience growing plants. Can you say NEWBIE?

    Hi Guys:

I must confess that a few "expired" "on my watch." But, if I am to be quite honest, I got help in "executing" the job. Whenever, I am out for a while, family members help by WATERING the lot and an unidentified dog helps by chewing all blooms. Soon, I will have a shadehouse with a proper "vault" door.
