I brought this one back from Hawaii trip as well. It had 1 spike in bloom, but it sort of died over the shipping process, but there are still 2 more spikes on the plant.
First, what does Brsda stand for? Then how should I care for it? Can I grow it on the same shelf where I keep my oncidiums?
Brassada = brsda it is in the Oncidiinae family and should be grown as an oncidium. We had one of these for a long time and then we sold it. (I did not realize it was my last one ) It is a beauty of a plant when in bloom. Here is a thread where I posted ours. Brassada Orange Delight 'Starbeck' HCC/AOS
Here is a link to the RVO Care Page for Oncidiums. Grow this orchid with this type of care and you should see some pretty blooms.
