    I'm basically saying I've done some of the worst possible things to orchids when I first got one. Did I mention my first orchid I put in dirt? Yup, the medium was so broken down that it looked like dirt, I assumed that is what it was suppose to grow in. LOL (it gets even more imbarressing...) I didn't even use clean dirt, I dug some up from my backyard and used that!
