Another fertilizer question

    I'm no expert on fertilizers, but I do know a little something about chemistry...

    and when you mix two solutions containing different ionic compounds, you sometimes get insoluble salts formed. doing so would change the percentage composition of your resultant fertilizer. now if you were a chemistry type, you could look at the two reagents and work out the equations as to how much of each would be soluble/insoluble, but it's probably easier to just buy a fertilizer that has the proper ratios of nutrients and then dilute appropriately.

    I have to do math to grow orchids??? NO WAY!!! I'm going back to GIN and her midnite nekked dancing round the stump...

    Hello,
    I hope you are having a good day. I see your post saying you always mix growth with bloom fert?? Do you mind telling me which ones?? I am a newbie and soaking in all the knowledge that I can. I am the proud owner now of 7 phals and 1 catt. I want to do what is best!!
