    Default night time temps indoor?

I know a lot of orchids like/need a lower night time temp. For anyone who is growing around the house how do you manage temperature changes around the orchids? At night right now I seem to get to 68-69. But when summer hits I will have a hard time reaching that low. My room gets pretty warm during the day and takes awhile to cool. I think last year mid-low 70s is what I averaged at night. I'm shopping around and it seems most everything that I consider need this low temp.

Nicki, it's my understanding that the low temp business only refers to the off growing season...ie..wintertime for us up here in the north...it also sets blooming time for many orchids...as for the rest of the year, I feel, the more heat the better...mine are going outside this summer...everybody needs alittle vacation sometime!
