    Question Mini Phal. ID?

hey, one of my good friends from florida (Walter Roberts) just sent me like 25 new orchids. I got them today in the mail and a few didn't have tags. Out of the 7 mini phals he sent me 2 are in bloom and 1 in spike (I'll post the pics of it later when it fully opens for an ID). Anyway does anybody have a name for either of these 2 (my fingers there for size comparison)? Also these don't need and special care or anything a normal sized phal would need do they? I'm really hooked on these little guys now, they're like little gems.

Your best bet is to contact your friend Walter and see if he can steer you in the right direction. Unfortunately, Drew, there are so many phal hybrids out there -- quite a few of which look the same -- that unless you can find the hybridizer you are unlikely ever to be able to get the correct name.

These two look great, Drew. But like Paul said, hard to the name without having a tag.

    Cheers,
