    Default india orchid intentification needed

I am from Bangalore -India and new to growing orchids.

Have had these plants for a few months and now they have bloomed. Two of them are phals and the others dendrobium.
They are grown in the balcony and temperatures currently are in the range of 28 to 30 deg C. Hence watering is done on alternate days.

    Thanks for your inputs.

    Hi Chris,

Nice to see a fellow Bangalorean on the forum! I am a newbie at orchid growing too, however I can see that the lower two are phalaenopses, the first two dendrobiums perhaps. Did you not have tags on these plants when you bought them ? Nice flowers though.

    Regards
    Nandini

Welcome Chris. You have very nice dendrobiums and phalaenopsis there.

The first one looks like a den. the other three are phals.
They are hybrids, so it would be nearly impossible to trace them back to their parents, due to the thousands of crosses that look alike.
They will just have to be NOID phals and Dens.

I cannot help with the Phals but you can easily identify the Dendros. I can pm you a source as soon as you have posted 5+ messages and enabled your private message system.
