Looks to me like a bi-foliate Cattleya. One with spindle pseudobulbs. Looks like it could use some roots too. I would mist it heavily several times a day, suspend it in a clay pot without any media and once roots begin to sprout plant it up. No fertilizer and diffused light until it can be planted up. About a month after planting I would give it more light and would begin fertilizing. So - roots first then potted into medium and then light and fertilizer afterwards.
That would be my 2 cents worth.
