    Default orchid ID from philippine mountains

    Hi guys many thanks for the ID help, for months i tried several websites noone to help here i got some suggestions at least problem i need to reduce the pict if you want to see the comlete pict(better pict of the flowers) ----Post edited- see faqs on posting ----

    It would also be useful if the pictures were in focus.

    thats the whole problem, my pict are 1200 X1200 need to resize them and loose clarity

    its impossible to id with those pix, sorry.
    i could only tell you, first is a Bulbophyllum and second a Dendrochilum sp.

    How about Liparis viridiflora ? It looks rather like my plant which is a dead ringer for the one in my Thailand Field Guide, although quite different from the one in IOSPE. In the circs, I regard the IOSPE illustration as a bit suspect.

    See if your software will let you go up to 700px on the longer side - or perhaps there is some tool on this website for that - then you get the best and biggest the Forum allows.
